I say give a partial refund since he didn't really get what he paid for, or what he meant to pay for. I'm sure that if he knew he had to code it himself he wouldn't have bid on it. But, like you said he does have your work now, and therefore I say you find a happy median and give him some of his money back.

You don't have to give the money back but for if you have a good reputation you will get more business. This guy obviously doesn't have a clue about what to do with the file (i wouldn't either) You should refund him his money. You have to take this stuff on a case by case basis. I know I won't buy anything from you - what if there is a problem with it, what if I can't get it to work? I think you need to work on your customer service. There are a lot of newbies around here (including me).

Thanks sarahk i did not see that.

    enter.net
you made 3 references to it being uncoded and then also said:

"1.What will I get when buying it?
You'll get a fully organized psd file without the fonts because they are already installed in photoshop."

that money is yours and its his fault for not reading what you wrote. it was very obvious.

this will not happen paypal never refund electronic transactions. unless instructed to do so by the seller.

It is also buyer's duty to read the full details before he buys anything. He didn't do it.So its his fault.
