a Warning to all of you!

I say give a partial refund since he didn't really get what he paid for, or what he meant to pay for. I'm sure that if he knew he had to code it himself he wouldn't have bid on it. But, like you said he does have your work now, and therefore I say you find a happy median and give him some of his money back.

 

link us the thread so we can all decide wether it was clear he had to code or not.

 

hope he doesn't report it as a paypal fraud, they may reverse the transaction.

 

You don't have to give the money back but for if you have a good reputation you will get more business. This guy obviously doesn't have a clue about what to do with the file (i wouldn't either) You should refund him his money. You have to take this stuff on a case by case basis. I know I won't buy anything from you - what if there is a problem with it, what if I can't get it to work? I think you need to work on your customer service. There are a lot of newbies around here (including me).

that money is yours and its his fault for not reading what you wrote. it was very obvious.

this will not happen paypal never refund electronic transactions. unless instructed to do so by the seller.

 

It is also buyer's duty to read the full details before he buys anything.He didn't do it.So its his fault.
