    I call it the "National Enquire" effect. People have always suspected them of manipulating photos long before computers and photoshop came along.

    Stuff like this has caused much embarrassment to the press and its photographers over the years. Altering photos like this may be fun... but is known as "photo fraud" by the media --- and when you cross this line --- the photo no longer represents the truth.
