is that true that if you have registered a domain name containing myspace in your domain myspace.com have right to take off from you if they need it? cus some guys got some kinda contract...with myspace and he contacted to give me the domain that that i have... cus he said either way myspace have to pull out that domain...
MySpace may have the right to obtain your domain through litigation if you violate the URDP regulations or whatever that demonstrates bad faith, attempt to impersonate MySpace, etc. But what this looks like here is a guy trying to scam you out of your domain. If you get contacted by someone, verify that it is MySpace.com -- as they are the only ones who have any legal right to contact you about the domain name and trying to claim it (unless it's a law firm representing MySpace). If you refuse to hand it over, they'll go into litigation and it will get handed over to them automatically anyway. But if this is a scam artist, he just wants to profit off of your domain. Ask questions of them!
the guys seems to be ligimit with myspace because he wants to use it for myspace.com/desi however its my domain ... if someone want it then they should buy it isn't? if they try to take it with legimit... i can play with time frame ...lol did u know u can play with time? mean while i can make the site and sell it to someone else lol... at least i get something

Myspace is just a common compounded words for me. There's a lot of meanings so I think it is unfair..
Ask him for proof he's from MySpace. They are the ONLY ones who can take the domain away from you, as other posters have stated.
