Their results now are filled with spammy redirect websites. I'm sure in 6 months things are going to miraculously change and they will dominate Google

    ROFLMAO

No kidding. Then they will release a inexpensive, stable, reliable, easy to maintain operating system.....

MSN talks a good game but they have yet to deliver.

You know, everyone said that about $M when they were in Competition with IBM, same thing when it released the XBOX. Pretty much, anything Microsoft wants to do it can... it has the resources... but then again so does Google. IMO, I don't care who wins so long as people stop using Yahoo :D

Amen Brother! Yahoo has gone to pot and as soon as people figure that out, the world will be better off because they will get more relevant results by using Google or MSN.

MSN began it's own search engine in 2004. For two years, I consider that quick by the way they are evolving and enhancing their search results.

The best judge is you. Try searching your favorite subject and compare the SERPs.

    :)

    Yahoo is still out there?
    LOL
I have not been to yahoo in so long, I completely forgot about them until I saw this thread.

I am rooting for MSN to become top dog on the net for everything, searches to nude photography!

    Hahahahhahaha

Stable OS is win XP pro...have had mine on my computer from day one and it has yet to crash out on me.

New computer will have the media edition os, so will see how good that is.

May get the new OS when it is ready for prime time.

I think MSN has made good progress. If they started using some of there tactics (make MSN search primarty for internet explorer MSN messanger, hotmail, ect) I think they could gain quite a bit of market share. Google is good and they have a big head start but Microsoft owns the OS and has a lot of cash. It would be very interesting if Microsoft really got into the search engine field.
