I have 1 000 000 emails opted-in to receive home based business info

Hi guys, I have 1 000 000 emails opted-in to receive home based business info. do you know any online method to send bulk emails without being accused a spammer? I've got lots of programs for email compaigns but they are all required my ISP's SMPT and POP3 but it is against my ISP's policy to send bulk emails using their service.
do you guys have any idea what I can do?

Use a server, a Php script (with sleep(): ), I made something like this a while back. I still have it. It uses the servers SMTP.

Pay someone out-side US, Canada, Uk to send emails for you.

 

Get them into something like Aweber, or if they were real double opt-ins you would have started with something like Aweber in the first place.

 

I would like to send around 200 000-300 000 emails a week

Use aweber or make someone code you one..I use aweber for my lists

 

Aweber won't allow you to import your data unless it was generated within their system from what I have heard.

If you have legit, full data info on that list (ie; date stamp, IP, etc) then you can get with one of the other aweber alternatives to possibly mail it out for you. I know of one that will possibly do it.

There are a few that will take you if you can show the full data.

The other way has been mentioned. Get a partner or business entity in Canada or elsewhere to do it. Load up one of the several email list management/sending scripts you can find for free on hotscripts.com and 'Hit It'

Custom coded mailing scripts are best, but might run a few bucks. If you're doing it legit from the US make sure you use all the right CAN-SPAM compliant elements to keep your business safe.

You Need a Professional based auto responder to handle the mailing for you. Once it is setup, you will need to monitor it closely for opt-outs. Have it set to stager delivery 5k emails every 5 to 6 hrs. I am using a system that is handling about 700k right now.
