TTZ Media not updating the stats?

Well, my TTZ media hasn't been updating stats for me for the past 2 weeks max. or so.... anyone else encountering such problems??

Iv emailed ttz 2 times but absolutely NO RESPONSE.

I will probably just pick a random post from the owners website and reply to it and see if I can get somewhere.

Yeah I've been seeing the same thing for weeks now. Occasionally it seems to flick to updated stats (once that I've seen), but then the next day its back to the frozen old stats (and has been for ages now).

I emailed John Chow (the owner of TTZmedia) and he told me they were working on it. But that was a couple of weeks ago or so. I have no idea whats taking them so long to fix it? He assured me that clicks were still being counted, and that it was only the stats displaying that was broken. But this is getting way out of hand.

Is anyone using TTZmedia actually seeing updating stats? Or is everyone seeing old frozen stats?

It's getting out of hand now =\ almost 3 weeks?

 

It's ashame because I'm thinking of of using them to my site. To think that he is my idol and this is how he treats his affiliates.

 

I briefly saw updated stats yesterday, thought they must have finally fixed it, but its back to the same OLD frozen stats from weeks ago now once more...

John whats happening here?

 

I don't understand why he's not a least posting about it ... on TTZ, or on his own personal blog to let users know when a fix will be up!


I like to see how much money I make on a daily basis!!!

 

Its certainly a pretty strange way to behave towards your own affiliates. I suppose earning as much as he does from all his other sites maybe he simply doesn't care about TTZ problems?

It keeps on updating once in a while and then goes back..
