Which is better for seo - keywords in page title or 1 page?

I am adding articles to my sites and was wondering which way is the best for seo. It can either be

    1) 1 page titled articles and all of the articles listed on that page (I believe Aaron Wall says this is the best way)

    or

    2) seperate pages with keywords in page title such as
    www.example.com/7_ways_to_make_money_from_home

I thought I would ask you guys as I keep getting conflicting information.
    Thanks

The page title should be descriptive to exactly what is on that page.

Use the keywords in the page file name but dont use underscores. Make them like example.com/this-looks-better.html

Take a look at some wordpress blogs and how they are structured, it will give you an idea on what to do.

I believe Google Bot will just omit hyphenate and underscore so it doesn't matter which one you use but of course hyphenate looks better :)

As for your answer, I would go with the second one :)

    Hello,

Every title needs to be unique and you use -, it is better than _ :) Also remember your meta description, it has to be unique :)

    Best,

I would go as far as listing a high level page named articles. Then breaking into sub-navagation. Example page names

    1) example.com/articles
    2)example.com/articles/soccer
    3)example.com/articles/football

then use the second level pages to hold article titles, repeating the article title in the url

    1) example.com/articles/soccer/how-to-kick-a-ball
    2)example.com/articles/football/how-to-look-like-payton-manning

both are important... you need to check density of content and title

if you can use both i would recommend using both methods as this is what google looks for

If you can only use 1 then i would say title
