very nice post. i must admint i've been scratching my head the past few days thinking "what do i really know about?" - enough to write about at least. all my subjects are broad. taking your advice i could very well pin point areas of my subjects, but i worry i won't get enough visitors
This is good advise. I always encourage my clients to create content based on the niche that interests them... but often still receive questions like 'So is my niche profitable?' Seriously... Adsense is only part of the game..
good advice there.. although im working differently (one large site, over general areas), i believe thats a good way to work adsense.
nice share... could you please share how you mangaged to get 10 clicks in 2 weeks? i've started to do something similar recently (thnking of niches and creating blogs based on that) but I can't manage to get much traffic nor the less 10 clicks in 2 weeks. thanks.
The answer to this is a Blogger account. Google will promote their product, and you'll get ranked quick if you have a blogger site (speaking from experience -- no actual facts here). I also submitted my sitemap to google right away, as well as to yahoo. Within 1 week I had my pages indexed in google and ranking already.
do you use a sitemap generator or do you build it manually? im more familiar with wordpress, but i know you cant use adsense unless you have it hosted.
Very good I appreciate your adivce very good and also thanks for sharing may be this one will become good future Thanks again
Where do you go to on Yahoo? Google? to submit your sitemap I have a blogger blog that I would like to submit but not sure what to do... Thanks
just to make sure, you say to take your atom feed and submit it to both yahoo and google? sounds simple enough, could you provide a link from both google and yahoo for where to submit the Feed? Thanks for your help, much appreciated
Excellent post. I discovered the same thing in a similar way but the clicks that I am receiving are around $2.00 per. However, I have myself stretched to the limit and have no time to develop the niche that I have discovered. My other domains are doing awesome but they are not quite there yet where I can start another site. I am contemplating selling one of my niches off and developing the one that I discovered. Each time I see the click values, I want to just drop everything and develop the sites. I have been able to capitalize on this knowledge in a few other niches that I have though, by carefully writing content that will target this area.
I am excited about what I've learned reading this post.....and I do have a question (not meant to be negative though) Is this like the made-for-adsense pages that other members talk about all the time? I thought that was a bad idea and google will ban those who create them. If not, then basically, its a regular blog that is niche specified.....isn't that what most are trying to accomplish anyway??? Find a niche and write about it, throw in some ads and make money?
