    I would like to sell my site http://www.c-cape.com/

    The site gets about 1,000 pageviews a day mostly from the search engines.

    I made the script myself and I will explain how everything works to the buyer.

    Site is a PR3 and made $539.00 from adsense last month. You could easily make it make way more with a few good links to it. or joined a domain name affiliate program.

    Domain name is hosted at godaddy free push.

    Post your offers here or PM me. I do not really want to sell this site because it takes no work to run it but I need some money quick.

    Buy it now for $9,000 - or I'll take the best offer. If I don't get a reasonable offer, I will not sell it.

    The site is on a dedicated apachee server along with about 10 of my other sites. It could be run on a VPS or shared.

    There are no traffic stats because I have the stats on the server turned off to save CPU for my other sites.

    I place 'blog' in the search and it tells me www.blogsite.com is available then when I click on it - it says taken?

    How does this work please?

    I do not use Adwords. All traffic to the site is purely organic straight from the search engines.
