    No minimum balance
    No trading fees

I just want a little "game" with 10-20 dollars.

Every legit forex trading site I have seen requires a minimum deposit of at least $1,000.

Micro accounts are available at reputable brokerages (not marketiva) with min. balances of $250..

They allow you to trade micro-lots, where 1 pip = .10 cents

If you want a good broker, go to Oanda. I have a few tiny accounts I use to test my trading systems.
