    This is illegal right? Having Google ads on warez forums?

    I made some reports to google tech 2 weeks ago but still I don't get any responds.

    google will need time to ban those types of web sites from adsense network.

    using adsense on warez forums is ILLEGAL

    Not true.. you're not allowed to show Adsense ads on pages with copyrighted material. If you didn't make the content that gets distributed as Warez then you're not allowed to place Adsense ads.

    Just give Google some time and they'll take care of it :)

    it's against TOS. They will close the account when they see the website.

    This is definitly against their TOS. I have seen people complain about being banned by google for putting ads on these kind of sites.
