i dont have a buy it now in mind . . . what would i like to see from the domain ? ? ? I would like approx. 4500 this is meant to be purchased buy an SEO company that already has some amount of knowledge in SEO website building because the simple fact is that in this keyword competition it is ALOT HARDER than i intended and will take to much time to build the links that need to be so i can beat the other search engine optimiztion companies so i already know that it has potenial and i just have a site up there to collect companies interested in SEO at a reasonable price.

once upon a time ago . . . i recieved an email from this guy stating " hello sir, i own a business in the resale of domains and came across your site mySEOwebsite.com ( i put that for search enginge reasons, cause you cant edit these posts and i dont think the buyer wants this in the search enginges ! ) and would like to purchase it for the lowest selling price. "

first of all thats not how you try to buy someone elses website, offering to pay the lowest price so you can turn around and sell it LOL yeah right . . . so after a few emails i told him approx 5000 ( i dont remember the exact price i told him that day ) and then he responded and said some other price which was UNDER bidding me and then after i did research in finding out how much money would be taking out during the transfer i told him 4200 is the lowest i would go at the time and then he sent another email and i responded but wouldnt go any lower so that was basically the end of that email correspondence

so i decided i figured that there were SEO website owners on this forum and if they have a website but need a better domain than this is where the domain for sale will benefit someone . . . like i said before if this is your first website project or EVEN if it is your first SEO website you would like to get started on THIS ISNT for you probably, the seo keyword industry is incredibly tough to get noticed in . . . just a helpful warning to the next owner LOL

Plain template 6million alexa and no PR and this is $5k? Please explain what your basing this on? Is this based on the current price of 1k per customer any revenue proof?

 

the pr is one when i visit it in my internet explorer and use the google toolbar but other than that i am selling for that price because if you type in Search Engine Optimization and call one of those people and try to get your website optimized the price they give you to do it. Really i feel a GREAT seo domain name is worth ALOT MORE money but i know people dont have the money i would like to receive on it . . . ANY successfull SEO business can afford this domain as chump change for the rate i am asking at this point in life, successful SEO companies make MORE MONEY than most things on the internet for the simple fact that you either LEARN SEO or YOU NEVER GET FOUND or YOU PAY OUT THE YING YANG to get found . . . me i can get my other sites found for basically any keyword i am trying for but when i purchased this one i knew it was a GREAT domain name but it would be a CHALLENGE to beat the other SEO gurus at their own job . . . well low and behold i didnt beat them at their game yet and then even with owning 40+ domains i dont think being a one man team could i even keep up with ALL THE PEOPLE THAT WOULD COME once acheiving 1st page . . . so i am selling it now . . .

i also had a reputable forum member do an apprasial on all my domain names and this one came back 1685 and that is good and all but there is no way i will sell it for that price considering what it is worth to the buyer . . . i dont really care for domain apprasials to much . . . i had a Godaddy apprasial at one point in life for a different one of my domains and it came back 470 something dollars and i just laughed cause i would never sell it for that price either . . .

 

A good way to put it is . . . if you owned this domain and were going to sell it what is the asking price you would ask and that is probably the price i am thinking of . . .

 

oh yeah and a far as ALEXA goes visit FASTCREEPER.com i gave up on ALEXA when i saw that website your ALEXA ranking can sky rocket depending on the amount of time you have . . . so please let me know what you think of ALEXA after visiting that website LOL
