WTS PR2 weight loss blog - 659 pages indexed. Auction ends 5th April

I'm offering a PR 2 weight loss/diet/health related blog for auction. You can see the site at www.bestdietlife.net

Currently Google index 659 of the pages and there are 1,478 posts.

No revenue to speak of at this point.

I haven't done much with this site until January, now visitor numbers are growing.
I don't have time to spend on this anymore so I'm selling it - for someone willing to put a very small effort in you can monetize this quite easily.

All the posts are articles from article directories so the author information and bio box have to stay.

aLinks plugin is enabled so you can monetize the content within the articles if you wish.

The script I used to populate the blog is not included in the sale - I don't have resale rights, but if you want to buy a copy I can tell you where to get it.

The header graphic is unique, I created it.

The blogroll can be added to but the current link needs to stay for at least one month.

Registered with Namecheap so you'll need a free account with them for me to push it to you.

First registered Wed 06/06/2007 but did nothing with it for about 6 months, hence only PR2. It should go up to a PR3.

Payment is by Paypal only and the auction closes tomorrow, Saturday 5th April at 8pm GMT which is 3pm EST I believe.

After close of auction and receipt of payment I will transfer the domain to the buyer's Namecheap account and create a WordPress import file for you. If you'd like the actual WordPress files I'm using to make it quicker to install I can provide those too.

If you'd prefer to keep hosting on my account for now I can do that for you for $5 a month. That will save you any transfer/setup issues and you'll get a full Cpanel.

Are the articles unique?

EDIT - Just read that they are obtained from article directories. Site looks good but I'm worried about duplicate content penalty.

 

There are currently 671 pages indexed in Google, for a range of keywords.

The idea of a duplicate content penalty is much over-hyped. You've only to do a search on a popular article to see how many results are actually indexed.

Combine that with the unique design and the random other posts feature and none of these pages will be absolutely identical to anything else.

Right now gnk_corp is the only bidder and he's going to get a bargain if nobody else chimes in!

Don't lose this opportunity to get a well indexed site at such a silly low price!
