Hoping best from paypal because its my premium paypal account, if i get my money back paypal do really solves issues for premium accounts as they claim in their TOS, if not i would really advise all to boycott paypal.

I'm getting really tired of seeing this happen consistently time and time again - involving paypal....
I seriously feel it is time for Paypal to step up to the plate, get an insurance policy, charge a little extra to premium users for protection.....

God....damn - Do something, anything more than they are doing....

This using Paypal as a shield for fraud will be the end of them if they do not.

No I haven't, but that fool has transfered money to my premium account, under paypal terms and conditions for premium account Seller has good charge back protection rights so he wont be free easily.

If you do that you will have a - balance and I am pretty sure this is not the solution to stop fraud...

 

Sorry for your lose. I have been there, even as a "power seller" on eBay, and over 1600 verifications on PayPal no one will help you. and about godaddy just forget about it....

use only MoneyBookers (offers cheap domain escrow) / ePassport / escrow

He bought and made payment but after ten minutes he opened a dispute at paypal after he took the domain.

it is 220$ and he is non communicated like nithinbai.

I learned that after i lose domain before 5 months ago he stole a domain from my friend also.

I think u should have waited for few days before forwarding ur domain to his account.

 

The Lethe guy seems a fraud.I think the Mods can't take any step to stop these fraud.It is our duty to do the business in safe way and not using paypal it there is other alternatives.paypal really sucks.

 

Sometimes I think e-gold is the best payment processor for selling domain names not exceeding $500. No refunds or chargebacks.
