Adsense cheated me

Google Adsense never cheat...
Just check your mailing address at Adsense Account... mail your problems' details again at Adsnse Support... they will definitely solve your problem.

 

Let me answer this better.

1) First check if the address is correct, like PIN/ZIP code etc.
2) Send them email explaning whats the issue. You can ask them to do phone verification. It will be easier.
3) Dont panic, google wont run away with your money.
4) Stop accusing google as cheater when they are not.

 

We are not dealing with Singapore libel law here. The forum is located in the USA where you can't have someone shut up by the courts any time they say something that hurts your feelings.

 

They won't cheat.I got my pin in about 6 weeks. They're well established company and your $150 won't make them any richer

im received it after 2 months....so pls give google times to send the postcard!!!

 

They have replied to me now and they have agreed to send me a cheque deducting additional 25$ for it I am waiting for my pin eagerly they day my pin arrives I will stop asking for DHL mailed cheques.

My wife is a lawyer who has practiced extensively in both countries, and enjoys ranting on this topic.

It is very difficult to bring a successful a libel suit in the USA. Sure, anyone can file one, but you're not likely to win. This is why such cases are very rare compared to Singapore where they're wielded as the weapon of choice by PAP politicans and their cronies.

In the USA, Google would have to prove that the statement was both false and malicious. He set out a number of facts which I assume are true (he did not receive his materials, etc.) and then concluded that he had been cheated. This would be a very hard case to make under American libel law. And if it's a hard case, a rational party would not bring it, because it would be long and expensive and the outcome would be what? One participant in the 24/7 Adsense bitchfest that is DP would be silenced? So what?

I went through a similiar situation. The PIN took MONTHS to come. But after waiting, all 3 Pins arrived at the same time. lol . The checks now don't take a long time to come. Only 10 days after releasing. Don't worry about it

 

Mate, the title is just harsh (I think it needs to be adjusted). Google won't run with anyone money, but the point is that regular mail is usually lost (that is why you didn't receive the PIN). Just find your postal office, take the zip number or whatever its called and put it there.

You should never request payments before you receive the pin and enter it successfully in your AdSense Account.

Given that you are in India, I actually encourage that you order your future checks with Express Delivery-Carrier and pay the $25 fee. The check will most probably be lost in postal. The safe option for International publishers is ordering check with a carrier.
