    You could do a whois and try to find contact info.

    You could disable hotlinks in your control panel.

    You could block his/her domain from your site in your control panel.

    If some one had a lot of links to my site, I would want them to keep them there. More visitors to my site. I would just try to get them to take da counter off.

    Colbyt, thanks for the info, I know how to do all that.
    They're not hotlinking. Instead of downloading the wordpress theme, they seem to have just done a "view source" because everything in it links back to my theme viewer.

    Nintendo, that may be the case in certain situations, but I don't like my stat counter artificially inflated like that. I like to know where people come from, how they find the site, etc and that is messing it up. I don't use it for numbers, but for information.
