I was just sending the report, but I got an update from my partner about this post. Anyway report have been sent, please confirm in this thread.

We are not breaking promises, your reports will come and as you see we are trying as best we can to get them to everybody. Also people remember the report you got right now 1.5 Month report. That means you got a report of what was done in the past 45 days.

We are hiring employees now to take care of the reports, since we have over 100s of clients writing reports ourselves is too slow.

People make no mistake about it.
It doesn't mean that we haven't worked on your site if we didn't send you the report. The Report department is different then the SEO department.

We will send all your reports ASAP.
All your websites are and have been worked on, there is no lateness regarding the SEO. Why would we put over selfs at risk if you know that we will pay you back when we don't rank you? Look at our Itrades, we have been dealing on DP for almost 2 years.

 

how do I check my site is in working or not without report? Only thing I can think of is checking backlinks #..

Not quite sure what is occuring here.

At the end of March my 3 month contract expried - although my site made progress it still fell short of the first page.

A few days before deadline KOK answered an email from me - suggesting that another month of SEO would be needed, at no further cost.

Since that email my site has fallen like a greased monkey to a worse position than it has ever been.

KOK or anyone connected care to reply?

SEO is not a mathematical equation.
Google jumps sites sometimes down, it's normal.
Wait a week and let's see what happens.

I believe it will bounce back up very soon, this actually might be some good news because it might bounce back higher then it was ranking. I have had many of my personal sites do the same, I'm talking out of experience not out of guessing.

So don't panic, and be patience SEO is not 1+1 = 2 it's more than that.

 

I can see more and more complains is rising. To be fair to those who paid for professional service, perhaps King should stop taking new orders. Deliver all the pending reports before everything. I received my report after few days of delay (lucky than others). However I was not convinced by the report as I can't see my links on the 50given bookmarking sites (what for send me the report?). My answer from King was they were not guaranteed on number of links, they only guaranteed on 1st page ranking on Google (wow, that was what I want), and not link building. So I apologized to him about my misunderstood. My knowledge on SEO was not good and I don't know how can a site be ranked high without a link building. (today my backlinks is 700+, same as 45 days ago). Anyway, I can do nothing except trusting on King's and Col's professionalism. Also, they have built a new forum taking the same service too (http://www.businesss-forum.com/showthread.php?t=36), they should be serious about the business. Waiting for 2nd report which will be due 14 day later.
