Test Page needs review - US and Non US viewers

    That's pretty lame. Yes, I'm not in the US.

    I gather you are using geoip.dat

    Have they fixed the problem when you hit an IP that's not in their database. Used to kill the page and not give access at all, rather than returning a default or null result which would be kinder. A client thought their site was down because the adserver used geoip.dat, their ISP put them onto a brand new IP address and so from their perspective their network of sites was "down".
