Just want to fix one little think with IE/Firefox compatability

    is having compatibility problems with using firefox and IE

    i would be extremely happy if i could fix the one thing that is blattantly obvious. If you open my page in IE and then Firefox you will notice that "All The News--In One Place" is pushed down all the way till it's on top of the <hr>. I used CSS padding (absolute positioning) to get it just in the spot i wanted it on IE, but in firefox it ends up too low.

    Any Ideas?
