Failed to join AdSense

Hello everyone

I have troubles joining AdSens and maybe someone can help me with advice.
Here is my story.
I'm owner of online service http://www.bestsharing.com/
This service was designed to let anyone share their files for free. And i was expecting for AdSense support. My competitors succesfully joined this program, so i was thinking that i wont have a problem too.
But, 1st time after i submit my application i was rejected..
here is the reason:

Page type: Your website is a type of website that we do not currently
accept into our program. Such websites include, but are not limited to,
chat sites, sites that drive traffic through cybersquatting, and sites
that use excessive keywords in the content or code of their pages.

Honestly, i dont know where is the problem. When i submited 1st time, forum didnt work, forum.bestsharing.com duplicates main site.
I changed content of pages (copyrighter wrote some text for me), implement forum. So when i submit my application 2nd time site was fully functional and seems didnt violate AdSense TOS.. After week of waiting i dont get any feedback from AdSense ;(
I ask support about this problem, and their reply was:

As you might know, Google AdSense specialists review
websites for a variety of criteria, including site content, navigation,
and functionality, among others. Our team of specialists has reviewed the
site you've submitted, http://www.bestsharing.com/, and found that it does
not meet the program requirements. Unfortunately, we're not able to
provide you with further details.

They didnt explain why my website rejected.. Maybe someone knows why do Google rejected my application? Any help/suggestions appriciated!

TOday i was fooling around with META tags for different pages, they were not relevant with content whe i submited application last time.. But im not sure if this is the reason.

Please, help!


PS Currently im displaying ads from Clicksor, but they are sucks..

 

C'mon, you are probably going to be hosting mp3s, warez, knock-offs and all sorts of naughty stuff. Adsense isn't going to support that.

 

Looks the same sort of thing as as rapidshare to me.That site has Adsense.

No, man. No warez or other stuff.. If you take a look at rapidshare.com / megaupload.com / www.mysharefile.com /easy-sharing.com etc they display AdSense w/out problem.. My services is quite similar.

you can apply with another domain, but risk being banned if you have adsense on your sharing site.

 

I think you should read these terms and then have a look at your own site's terms:

but what about easy-sharing.com or www.easyfilehost.com and so on.. they event don't have such term, you wont find links to such documents on their sites

No, definitely not. Sorry, I wasn't clear before. You wrote "what do you mean?" in response to yep's "Most likely not the primary domain". Applying using another domain is how sites clearly violating the TOS manage it. A very bad idea because google will know (in the end).

Anyway, if you think your site will be high traffic there are perhaps better services out there, CPM rather than PPC, for your site. Have a look around the fora for adsense alternatives.

Well, it's simple really. Reading the Terms of Service on your site, you go out of your way to say things that are to protect your site but you don't take any more than a single paragraph to mention the rights of any other parties who could possibly be adversely affected by use of your site, other than to cover your own backside. Kind of like an afterthought and incidental. In other words, your site is concerned about anyone trying to infringe on your rights but it appears as if you have no regard for the rights of others. This is why I suggested you take the time to read the TOS for megaupload.com

 

G rewjected your site because your site has the potiential of copyright infringement. mcfox has pointed out that the sites you see 'similar' to yours has TOS clearly distancing themselves from infringments.

Btw, when i submited my website, TOS wasnt ready at all. Could this be a reason?

Today i've found this domain - http://bestsharing.net/
It works only w/out www in URL. Does anybody know if this could be 'cybersquatting' issue?

No, it isn't cybersquatting. It's another website.

 

Well, you know, bestsharing.net (30-jun-2005) was registered before bestsharing.com (23-dec-2005). They could be very pedandtic and go after you but I doubt it (given the nature of their site).
