    If you have a lot of content on your website and you update your website frequently by this i mean weekly then search engines will love you. If you make the content keyword rich then search engines will love you more. Thus will mean that your search engine positioning for those certain keywords will rise and if the keywords you are aiming for have a high rate of daily searches then you will get more and more traffic each time it increases.

    Not entirely true, apart from good content, you should know how to market it properly else the idiot who copied your content, would rank higher than you!
