Is there any directory submitter thats completely automated?

    One that can read capatcha or doesnt add directories that have capatcha

    also why is it directories have capatcha but article sites dont?

    An automated directory submitter tends to send spam to directories. I wouldn't recommend using them.

    The best way to "automate" this is just pay someone to do it for you

    I wouldn't recommend even a semi-automated directory submitter.
    Find a few dozens of QUALITY directories and submit manually, providing a nice description and choosing the best category.
    That will increase your site chances of being accepted.

    Best bet it to just pay someone to submit your site. Automation can get confused with spam, something you want to stay as far away from as possible.
