Hey guys, I don't usually do this, but he's really ticking me off. He hasn't paid me my money back (for work he never did) and he is also hasn't paid somebody else on here who did work for him. It's just getting out of hand. I've IMed him every time that I go online, and I've also pmed him and he read my PM (I used the option at the bottom for the "read reciept") This whole situation is getting rediculous and I just don't want others to get scammed- not to mention that I want my $75.00 back. So here's how the whole situation played out. Back in February (the day of the superbowl) I asked him to create an IE and Firefox toolbar. He brought me on to his computer via RealVNC and showed me everything. he even started making the toolbar right there on the screen. So I said ok and shot him over the money. We kept in touch until 1 day where he disappeared for a few days and I emailed him etc. It turns out that his computer went down for a few days, and he was offline and lost all his files. So he told me he would rebuild everything as fast as he could. We kept in touch for a few days, then after a few days of no contact he came on and told me that he wasn't going to finish it and to file a PayPal claim to get my money back. So that's what I did. I won the dispute, but PayPal told me that he had no money in the account so to try to get it elsewhere and PayPal would try to get it if he tried to use his account. To this day, he hasn't contacted me explaining anything, and he also scammed 1 more person on here that I know of (I will post their name here with their permission). I also recieved a PM from a VERY resptactable member asking if he had paid me and should he do work for him. I told him no, and that he hasn't paid me yet. My *educated* guess is that he was also trying scam this member. Again, his user name is MrAlvarado on here, his MSN is . There will be a link to this thread in every single one of his threads to which he is selling something or trying to get somebody to buy something or do work. I don't want anyone else scammed by him. I did, but like I said in the OP, I wont the dispute but he didn't have any money in his account so they couldn't do anything
I absolutely understand what you feel. I think I have also been scammed 2 times in here the last two weeks. I have yet to make a move on these scammers as I'm still trying to contact them. I'll give them a couple more days then I'd do what I gotta do. I'm sick of these kind of people. I'd wish them into oblivion! Most are just trying to make a honest living here but these kind of people doesn't deserve to be here.
PayPal put his account into negative- so he can't use it until he pays me. But they won't do anything else

Hey dear,this guy has scammed me for 100$ yesterday. He dint pay me and just went offline. I also sent him an invoice via paypal,but he declined it today. I wont leave him at all.Lets get him in trouble. I have his contact details,photo and address too..
I hope both of ya get the money back... in the meantime you should mark his Itrader headline as a SCAMMER STAY AWAY! Best of luck!
Firstly, thanks for informing us all. Unless your planning to file a case with the local authorities(if you have his info) theres nothing you can do. PayPal will NOT do anything.
