• Domain is 2 years old with another year left at Namecheap.
• The site is a Wordpress blog with some SEO tweaks.
• I have added a series of AARP videos and some retirement calculators.
• The articles were almost all pulled from free directories.
• The site is PR1, with 62 pages indexed in Google, 894 backlinks from major search engines
• Minimal traffic and revenue, but I think it suffered from not using original content and I had it on a lousy hosting service with too much downtime. I think some TLC will make this site a nice moneymaker.
