i took games from other web site

my sis have a site about Health Care and i wanted to put games on it so it can be funn for the kids , and the site is about learining and having fun while doing that , but my Q is can i put flash games at my site from other servers and other sites , and if there a copyright for the flash games ? and can i put youtube videos ? and if any of these against google agreement ?

 

take the swf file and uploaded to your site, then link it to the page you want. as for the copyright, i'm not sure what to tell you. I know that the FLA file is not going to be easy to get, unless you have a decompiler.

 

That should be fine. There are a lot of sites that give you a code for their games so you can put them on your site

And videos shouldn't be a problem either. Lots of people do it

Yes it is allowed. Most arcades, however prefer you just linking to the games (eg, when you embed my game, it just comes up a picture with the link to the game)

Yes you can embed youtube videos on your website, just copy and paste the embed code next to whichever video you want. You can also add games but only from some websites that allow it. Try googling "free games for my site"

 

most flash games are made for marketing purposes and are free to distribute.
if the game just has a copyright symbol and an address, there is a chance the game maker doesn't allow it to be free to distribute.go to website and read their terms.
you can use youtube,just use your best judgement.
as for adsense,as long as you don't think it infringes on copyrights,i wouldn't worry about it.

 

There are some sites that allow you to use their flash games on your site, search Google. YouTube also allows use of their videos.

 

Search around and see if the specific video is allowed. If you still aren't sure, message the author =)

 

You can definitely display the online games listed on my website, without fear of copyright infringement or complaints on my part, as long as the provided code is not altered. Simply find a game that is of interest to you, copy-and-paste the accompanying snippet of code, and the games will display on your website without any bandwidth costs!

 

If it gives you a code or link it means it is free to post that game in any sites. like the Y8.com website it has lots of flash games and it also gives you the option to post the games to your site.

if they are not copyrighted games, it will not be a problem

 

About the games, try to search and use the free games that they allow to use on anyone site.
About youtube, I think you can use it but not recomend if you would like to monetize your site with adsense.

You can only use these games if the other sites allow it. Gamewisdom.com has some good games, which I have used on my sites before (they allow it). Cheers.
