In what format u gonna save the screen shots? Anyway 200 screen shots os really a lot! U think ppl with slow or dialup connection will want to download such big files?
.jpg fromat, it's around 300kb/file. I really don't care who want to download the files, and who not. slow dial-up connections?! who don't have at less 56kb/sec today ?! However there are no others good proofs that somebody did a submision or not, then screen shoots? Why ? Because you don't get an e-mail from all webdirectories that you website has been publiushed or that they got your submit request. And in many web directories your link will apper after days, like 5 days or even 30-60 days!
Hmm yes you're right am just telling you this cause we were doing screen shots too but the prob comes when we have to submit to 500+ directories, we ip it all to send this makes more than 1mb and everybody knows that it's quite annoying to download such big files. Well I think you should care who are downloading the file since they're your client... For me our client are king, we do as they ask us too, and many times they're satisfied with my "quality submissions" I don't do screen shots, I keep an excel sheet of the directories where I've been submitting & the categoty where I've been submitting, you want proof? I know I don't have any but I am sure the client will be checking some of the directories to see if he's been added. I'll inform them that this may take some time. Well I think they trust me many clients come back again.. satisfied with the submissions... this is how I work
Cool! This means you can do an average of 100 submissions/day! My max was 150 . I wanted to ask you, how you make your directory list? Am asking this because it's 100% sure that the person will already have submitted his website to some of the directories in your list let say to around 200 of them, then what you do? How many directories you have in your big list?
