    hi,

my friend web site has been hack - the hacker changed the adsense ID to his own ID and insert tons of hidden spamming keywords with the links to various sites...

His ID is 3589125990616261 and most of the links are link to these following sites:

    thepodcastnetwork.com //subdomain1, ....
    weblogswork.com
    neurodudes.com

I'm reporting this guy to adsense team, would that help? Who else can I report to? ( To ban his account and web sites.. ) Thanks!

I wasnt aware of any adsense hacks i didnt think this could be done. It is worrying but saying that the person to hack adsense id of sites google will be sure to find out and ban the hackers account so i think luckily they will not get anything out of it.

    Read the post again.

It won't get the person banned because it's NOT his own ID. They will only ban the hackers ID if they even bother.

You'll just have to wait for AdSense to respond. In the meantime, change your passwords and that spammy page.

    oh yes, correct

I have found mostly sites driven by database getting this kind of hacks
static html pages are much more difficult to deface and paste new adsense ids-basically it is a pain to do with each page
    That is why html rocks:cool:
