    saying that you are infridging someone's copyright does not indemnify you and allow you to make profit.

    Under copyright laws, I can download a photo from your site and use it for "personal use" by viewing it whenever I want. BUT, you and your site are not using the photos for "personal use"! Please understand the difference. Anyone who purchases this site from you, and uses it to gain profit by displaying ads, is in fact infridging the copyright on these photos. Displaying photo galleries for the purpose of profiting from ads displayed alongside is VERY VERY FAR from being "personal use"!
