many people assume any long string in a URL is an "affiliate" link they are actually simply links to the software that handles our shopping cart (its a 3rd party company) so all sales go direct to us 100%... we are not resellers
Good offers... do you really let us use unmetered hosting. Take a look at my site, it usually needs one tera bytes of transfer honestly and its only 3 months old... you think you can handle my traffic and not let the database get crammed up? My traffic will increase pretty soon cause my current host uses a stupid firewall which blocks people randomly... a lot of people.
data transfer is never an issue bandwidth is do you have a traffic trends graph, i am happy to take a look at it. not all sites are set for shared environments...some require dedicated, which we can also offer at reasonable pricing

i was thinking more from your hosting stats showing actual bandwidth in bytes per min or hour the problem may not be the overall amount, as much as it is the SIMULTANEOUS traffic all our servers are on 100mbps connections however, each individual site is not going to have that much access...and access will change based on each sites usage. we balance it pretty well, but inevitably high traffic sites have to get their own servers worse case, if you don't have stats, maybe we can test some of your overflow for a day or two and see what happens.

TOS? Privacy Policy? If you've been in business for 15 years, you should have AT LEAST a TOS. Oh and not to make a big deal, but your site looks like crap from an affiliate eBook.
TOS is straight forward..complete tos are on parent companies site but scroll to the bottom of the page....theres the TOS no fancy mumbo jumbo...no vague terms, we tell you what we mean. either you get it, or you don't we deal mostly with people who know what they want, and know what they are doing...if your a stay at home mom looking to host a wordpress blog, we are NOT for you. if you sell wordpress blog hosting to stay at home moms..then we ARE for you. hope thats makes sense without offending you too much...but as someone else said on antother thread..."it is what it is" sad but most people are so used to everything so complicated, having to search pages and pages and see all kinds of things design--- is your opinion...no big deal to us...it has worked for our target audience for years....matter fact, most complimented us on HOW EASY IT IS TO READ...rather than a bunch of pretty pictures of racks and routers (which the average end user has no clue what it is) its called a sales page...and it works. we are however going to the cheesy "template" that coders are so fond of. sadly. anyone can go to www.templatemonster.com and call themselves a host come sit and have lunch with me...then judge...not whether or not i spent 85 bucks on some fancy template call my toll free number, and see if i can answer your question. but these days we are doing more and more outside out niche, so we are actually changing the site...you may even see the changes this week. every hosts site looks the same...and its mostly meaningless fluff. we are not resellers, we own dedicated servers...we are not a datacenter, we rent out rackspace like many others we split the servers up and sell them to others...and we give them all they need, so they don't need us for anything but uptime. our hosting is NOT for everyone but for those who are in the BUSINESS of reselling hosting, internet marketing, site development etc...then thats who we cater to.
I agree.. you do have a good company, much reliable than any other company here... most hosting company in here just have started hosting or they aren't creative enough to even understand the deal with your offer. Don't worry, the true consumers does. Though I don't find your hosting suitable with my needs, but I do wish you a lot of success if you haven't gotten enough of that already. Best of luck!
