SEO/PPC CRM system (billing/project)

Hello guys,

Someone can tell me, what is possible used as client manage/report/billing software (web-based) for
- PPC
- SEO
or for both.


Now, what i mean:
SEM agemcy provided for clients member zone where client zone can view:
-SEO position for some search engines
-balance for current month (orders and invoice)
-reports for PPC/SEO
-tracking tasks for every step of SEO/PPC with progress bar, files, comments etc
-admin and specialist zone for work inside company


So, i know here is no special sofware for it, every agancy used custom software but anyware...maybe some have experiens?
Maybe someone know what is better core used and modified for this job?

Of course better php/mysq core.
Please post here links and ideas about software, maybe some seo companyes websites with custom client zone examples.
