Hey, Can I change my address in google adsense to make google to send cheque to my friends address who live in USA ? Can he use that in USA to get money from bank ? ( I guess he cant , but is there any way to make it possible ?) thnks
If the name on the check is as your friends name , also the address and the country then he will be able to cashout that check but why dont you use your address !?
u can use ur friend name and address as payable name .... but if u will find a big check then what do u think ? will u get fruit of ur hardness
you can ONLY have the google checks sent to the address YOU have registered with Google adsense account. and of course only in the name registered ! If you want to change your google adsense account address, then you have to go thru the PIN procedure again and PROVE that you actually are at the new address. for addresses inside USA of course you also have to pay the US taxes, etc ....
google is way more sensitive than ever. if you live in one country, login to your adsense account to manage it from that country, and the check goes to a different country, then google might smell something funny. besides, your account has your name as payee, your friend cannot cash the check unless you change the payee name also to his name.
look you can i think, because i have changed the name of the account, and you are allowed to edit your address, so you can do it but you should give a clear reason to change your name, or account person name if it is not yours.
You can I guess in theory change your address to do that...but it will just create more problems. You can't change the country on your adsense account, so you would have to create a new one. You would have to endorse the cheques for him to cash them as they would be in your name, and then the taxes would be a nightmare. The best thing to do is if you can't claim adsense earnings as your country won't let you or whatever, have your friend make a new adsense account, and if you trust him to handle everything, I guess you can let him, but there is no easy way to change the country of your account, as well as name; it requires a new account.
If you want your friend receive google cheque,you need to place his adsense on your ws.But I'd like to suggest you to get google cheque yourself.
You can give US forwarding address of your friend and your name for collecting adsense check. If you do not have any US activities (content generation, site maintenance or design), you need not to worry about paying taxes in US. Just select Non-resident publisher. If hosting company is in US - that's ok.
Why you want to do this? Do you live in Pakistan and fear that the cheque will not reach you? If yes, then why not you use Western Union?
