I have a 'grand theft auto iv' game site that gets 1300 plus visitors a day and I'm thinking about making a forum for it since the game is about to be released.

Does anyone have suggestions on an easy way to integrate the forum into the site and to get people involved?

Also, what would be a good way to monetize the forum once I build a community?

I am going to go with vBulletin for the forum.

Yes, it's great idea and vBulletin is good forums script...:)

1.First of all You have to make it popular and get many back links from popular forums. You have to buy good signature, blogpost, blogroll links etc.
    2. You can hire somebody to post in your forums and pay $$ for no. of posting. There are lots of people offering blog posting service in Service section on DP.

Hope it will useful to you :)

    Thanks..

post link of your forum on various places on your site.

Like if there is a place to leave comments then leave a link there asking people to check your forum to directly contact you.

With every game, article or whatever do inform your readers about the forum.

Leave the link to your forum in every other forum which is of the same niche. See my blog in signature CompuWorld, I earned my first 100 RSS readers from the posts here in DP itself.

Now I am looking for a forum where I can write about my other blog the Senorita which is about discovering females. :D
