I have a 'grand theft auto iv' game site that gets 1300 plus visitors a day and I'm thinking about making a forum for it since the game is about to be released. Does anyone have suggestions on an easy way to integrate the forum into the site and to get people involved? Also, what would be a good way to monetize the forum once I build a community? I am going to go with vBulletin for the forum.

post link of your forum on various places on your site. Like if there is a place to leave comments then leave a link there asking people to check your forum to directly contact you. With every game, article or whatever do inform your readers about the forum. Leave the link to your forum in every other forum which is of the same niche.
