    I Received this email saying that i won £2,500,000.00 from the lottery :eek:

    Is this true or just fake :mad:, has any one got this email before :eek:

    I have gotten so many of those emails!! I almost fell for it the first time until I did an online research about lottery scams. I also got a so-called grant award check in the mail the other day, in which the only stipulationg for cashing it was I had to send a 10% commission check to the so-called grant broker within 5 days. I did some research on that, and turns out it is another popular scam. Be careful! If it seems too good to be true, research it!!

    Wow I got an email like that the other day from shawn saying he would sell DP to me for $5. I sent him $5, funny I never got the login details for admin area, or the domain even though I payed?! :p

    My day do not pass without opening a mail yelling "You have won XXXX milllion dollars" in lottery. Though I was excited initially, it is all fake and may phish you. Be careful!

    I think it is quite funny how many I do respond to. Usually, they want a deposit of a couple of thousand dollars so they can send you the millions or billions of dollars to you.

    I sometimes ask them if they accept a container load of goats instead of money!!!
