    yeah. blend them and then burn the blended feed through feedburner.
    Also you can use feedsmith plugin for redirecting your old feed reader to new feed.

    As per my memory, Amit Agarwal of labnol.org blended his feeds some 6-7 months ago. So you can ask him for further assistance. He is a DP member.
