The rooster in my avatar just became a proud papa yesterday. We had eleven eggs in the incubator and nine hatched. If you want to see these cute little chicks, check out my Baby Chicks post with pictures. They are so cute!
It is hard to get much closer because it blurs because of the light that keeps them warm. I have a video posted on Gather but I will have to get the link. I can not get Gather on this computer so will post later with that link. I started raising chickens last year with adult chickens so this is my first batch of chicks.

They are cute! When I was 14 my grandfather purchased 100 chicks from some mail order company and I had to pick them up from the Post Office. They were a blast to raise and a real learning experience to say the least.
I think the chicks posted by the cavedog is really hot whereas that one posted by allout is really cool
