Um, only red knocks your rep down. Rumor has it that this thread is about to crash your rep.

 

I'm pretty sure the blue/black rep are from those with less than 50 threads. The can't pass rep either pos/neg till they hit the magic number.

 

When you have a user ID with a domain name in it, it makes you impersonal.

There is no reason to complain about getting red reps. It is something usual. I used to have 3 green before but now I have 2. Don't ask why.
