    Thats actualy a good question since it might not be considered theft. I knwo that sounds daft but courts can be strange places sometimes:)

    I think it would be considered theft but not by the people who picked up the property but by the person who ran the ad.

    Definitely a sticky situation and messed up! That would really suck!
