    Hi,

This is the first time I am trying to outsource work, so I hope I'll do well :)

I am looking for person(s) to create help files (.hlp) and online tuturials (in HTML for example) for some software products (check www.adolix.com)

The persons who would like to do this should have VERY GOOD english knowledge. Experience in writing such files would be a plus.

I don't know a price yet, because I haven't decided exactly which would be the tasks... there are more products, some of them have already have help files, but contain outdated information :(

    So... anyone interrested ?

We would be able to fulfill your needs with this through ForumPosts.net, and depending the specifics of each task I would do some of them myself. I've written articles in small print magazines on computer basics as well as many other things and our staff at ForumPosts.net is very experienced in these areas.

I'm interested - I have created a manual for the classifieds software made by esvon.com - here's a demo of it so you can see my writing style etc... http://www.ecusb.net/members/manual_demo/

The software I use allows me to create .pdf, .hlp, .rtf. .chm and .html from one source.

    Cheers,

Ok, exporting to multiple types of files seems nice... copy-pasting sometimes gives problems :)

So, please take a look at the product http://www.adolix.com/email-backup/
And tell me for how much money and time you would need for a tutorial for it ? It should contain:
    - a tutorial to backup a file (also selecting options for it)
    - a tutorial for restoring a backup file
    - a tutorial for using the autoscheduler

That tutorial is not very Search Engine friendly... it uses Javascript for links... can't it be made "searchable" ?

    Thanks

    Hi,

If you mean the built-in help file then, yeah it shouldn't be a problem making improvements to it, converting to an on-line version and making it searchable.

Depending on specific requirements/details of the project I'd say something in the region of $50-$80.

PM me if you wish to discuss further or email projects @ ecusb.net

    Cheers
