So I would like to ask some simple questions 1) What is the best(cheap also) proxy host? 2) Is proxy site legal to own? 3) Who is best person to ask for promotion ( sure for some money ) 4) And what means Yahoo and Google groups? 1. Proxies tend to be resource and bandwidth intensive- space, not so much. Check with your host if they allow proxy hosting and compare bandwidth and CPU resource maximums. You'll also want some decent speed. Hosting is fairly competitive and saturated, so if you do a web search or check out the hosting forums, you should find a nice deal. 2. Proxies are legal to own, but I recommend you add some sort of filters for objectionable content, because you can get into a legal mess if someone uses your proxy for illegal activities. 3. There are tons of proxy topsites. You can also do newsletter ads from an existing proxy, do cross promotion, etc. 4. Yahoo and Google groups are applications hosted by Yahoo and Google that allow you to create newsletters and communities around a certain position. I'm not sure how you would use this- perhaps to host a newsletter. If you need any help with monetization, just check out my sig.

As for Google and Yahoo groups you can join free and have your groups up. In time, you will have members that share particular interests like you and they will join under your groups.
