    It looks like a heavily modified version of PHPBB, but I'm not 100% sure. BUT, it could be custom, also.

    Yeah that's what I think too, because a actual custom board I doubt the owner knows how to make or would pay for. I wanna try and get something like this done for my site that's why I asked. Thanks for your opinions.
