Nah, if they’re really “underground†click fraud from envious people wouldn’t catch up, seeing that it stays thousand and below click bombers. All speculated estimates and all, seeing underground should be millions (my assumption).

firstly it is a premium publisher who makes over 10k a month min and theirs 1000s and 1000s of them look at www.alexa.com go to global top 500 sites. then go to each one and see whos using adsense units. work it out for our self. but most of the very high traffic sites have agreements with adsnese ie myspace.com took a cash deal of 550 million + to place adsense on their site.
that girl does not make the most their are about 15-20 other "myspace layout" style sites that make more then her each month.
