Hey there, I'm in an online band competition and the other bands have been jacking with the rating system. Anyways, for me to stay competitive I have to get someone to vote 10 for my band and 1 (like they've been doing to me) for theirs. I need someone with a dynamic IP (e.g. dialup) who will change IP's each time. Also, you will need to set up a new account with a legitimate email address--but that's all you need.
