Which will win. IE8 or FF3

Already IE8 has past the W3 web test which FF3 failed. So who will win this battle in the ongoing browser war?

Not sure until both released their full version. Anything can happen until then.

IE8 of course, no-one other than webmasters see the need to download and install a browser other than the one that comes with Windows :p

You make a good point, in my experience most "non web" people don't even know what a browser is, and unfortunately they believe the internet is IE.

So i would like to think that FF will win, but until we educate the public it looks like IE will.

Good point. Most web suffers are not really interested in things like addons and stuff. Again I it goes back to the idea that FF3 is for geeks and webmasters.

I downloaded 9.5 two days ago and it works perfect. I just started using opera and it is the only browser that I feel comfortable with saying is way more advanced than IE
