Judging from my sites you would need around 60 - 90k uniques hits a day

Yep, I would suggest aiming for 20 sites that do $5 per day each... much more likely, but really tough thanks to the amount of competition out there...

It also depends on the way you set up you site. Do you have a link to your site.

If you had 90,000 adsense clicks even at $0.01 a click you would be earning $900 a day :D

500,000+ visitors per day might get you there.

People are there to play games which causes ad blindness anyways. On top of that Google does not approve of anyone adding their ads near games (above, below, side). I see many arcades doing this and they are in risk of their sites being banned.

Arcades earn $0.01 - $0.05 per click on average.

After doing game sites for 7 years. On the high end of earnings potential, you can make $100 per 5k unique visitors if you keep testing different methods of monetizing and are using well placed game related affiliate programs to supplement adsense income. PM me if you want details on the affiliate programs which are performing well for my sites.

In addition to trying out different ways to monetize your site keep experimenting and try to provide something in addition to arcade games, there is tons of different types of gaming related content you can provide to visitors interested in games.

You may think arcade games result in sticky visitors but there are so many out there that you need something more to stay competitive and keep people coming back.

you don't need 60-90k visitors a day to make $100 days. If that is the case you mus thave an awful landing page or just sell/promote products that people just dont want

It depends on how well you monetize and which programs you use. There really is no magic visitor number to get a certain income.

The calculations are actually quite simple; it merely requires you to estimate the inputs that are largely known by most arcade owners based on historical figures. With the exception of the CTR, I will base the computations on roughly the statistics of my free online games website. Assuming you want to pocket $100 in any given day, and your EPC is 4 cents - your arcade will need to generate 2,500 clicks on any given day. Now let's suppose you have a rather exceptional CTR of 5 percent - your arcade would need 50,000 daily Google impressions to earn your target income. Of course, you will need to take into account the additional expenses associated with running such a large gaming website (particularly hosting), and the market risk in general. Hence, my calculations are more reflective of the impressions you will need to generate $100 in revenues. :)

Unquestionably, this is one of the most competitive markets to tap. I suppose if you can shine in the gaming industry, you're prepared to compete in any market. :)
