I am sure you have come across these keywords as being the highest but are they really true? where does the source come from? $54.33 mesothelioma lawyers $47.79 what is mesothelioma $47.72 peritoneal mesothelioma $47.25 consolidate loans $47.16 refinancing mortgage $45.55 tax attorney $41.22 mesothelioma $38.86 car accident lawyer $38.68 ameriquest mortgage $38.03 mortgage refinance Do you guys know where we can find real update keywords which can be sure that keywords found are accurate?
Best advice I can give is dont worry or even look at lists like this. If you persue high paying keywords your bound to fail and not make any money.
They are valid, though you're not going to make much mony from them because either: a: not many people search for them (the mesothelioma ones) or b: there are many huuuge companies competing with you (consolidate loans etc.) Better to aim for keywords that pay $10-20 instead. You can check out how much people will pay per click here: https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal BTW, it looks like "mesothelioma attorney new york" is now the highest paying one - $51.10
Its not a hoax, but they are the adwords cost, not adsense, also the person making the list will add the maximum CPC not the average, if you check more recently on any of those, they would still be reasonably high, but maybe by less than $20, the reason being that advertising budgets go up and down. Also, often someone will setup an MFA on one of those keyword phrases, do nothing to gain traffic, never updated and then say..... im getting no clicks.
What is the use of those so-called highest paying keywords if there is nothing valuable in the site's content? Or if there is no traffic to the site?
You should not be competing for too low paying keywords, or too high paying keywords. Lowest paying keywords: A lot of competition, crowded market, huge searches done, but you'd need stable decent traffic to overcome the low PPC. Highest paying keywords: Many big boys are competing for them, and there is no guarantee that your site will show those ads at all. The organic traffic will be too low, a higher paying keyword = less searches = less interest..and if your traffic is low, you may not make a penny off that. Go with average keywords, domaining, hosting, etc. My past experience about domaining keywords, is that I was getting paid average $1 but the highest performers getting 10-15 per click. But I am talking about keywords that have demand and do not require blazing traffic.
Never move for these types of keywords. Here is my algorithm for these types of list Enertaiment : 10000 visitors : 200 clicks : $20 Mesothelioma : 100 visitors : 2 clicks : $20 So there is nothing difference...But entertainment website will get more price then that one with low traffic. As well easy to market.
I saw this thread with high paying keywords, but I am not sure how accurate it is. forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=783358
I made a blog a while ago with mesothelioma as the keyword. I found out that on average it was only $0.60 per click. That still isn't bad...but it's no where near the $54.33 that it should be.
The game is very simple: Choose you niche (it's doesn't have to be a something that you love) You can check at Google AdWords the price people will pay keywords in you niche, optimize your content to the expensive one. Write, Write, Write then promote promote promote. You can look at those lists but if you don't have good traffic that it's doesn't matter if one click cost 100$ it's better to have 25 click for 4$ and etc.
