NeverBlueAds no longer accept incentivized sites if that is your plan... However I use them for my blog and they do have over 670 offers. 637 I am showing allow US. Each offer has a map showing where the offer can be used. Link in my sig if you are interested.
Ya, no incentivized offers,there are some offers which can be incentivized but they need credit card.
Not sure if that's true or not, but if it is then it's not the networks fault, the people you have to blame are the people that think they are clever by trying to make money scamming these networks using their incentive offers.
Unfortunately, the risk is just as high that they will scam to get paid for non-incentived pay per lead or cpa offers. Hopefully, this isn't a sign of things to come with other netoworks....
I dont run a incentive site but I just did a search on neverblue and it shows 44 campaigns that allow incentivised traffic? Hydra also has 40 - 50
Yeah I use NeverBlueAds and they said no incentive sites. You can PM me for some pretty good ones that allow incentivized sites.
