    Anyone know of a CPM network except CpxInteractive or Valueclick or Adsense ?

    If you do please tell me. I need it for a paid to site. They must pay with paypal.

    You can try adbrite, bidwiser etc, i have not got paid by these, but i think these are good alternative for adsense

    any respectable ad network isn't going to have their ads on such sites.

    CpxInteractive is normal CPM and easy join , CPM 0.04-0.07 for non-US traffic

    Valueclick is Best CPM but very hard to join. just for U.S traffic

    Adsense is PPC for all traffic
