Can you please send me a file of my report. I have downloading it from the site several times. But, I can't open the file. I keep getting a message that the file cannot be accessed.

Hi, when you try opening the file and it says a message, click cancel and it should open with a few errors ( the columns are different width than mine) . Thats the only error there is, gotta get my programmer to fix it still.

If it doesnt work tell me ill email it to you. Thanks.

yay. got my site proccessed. downloaded excel but the file is corupt a little bit, i was still able to view it though.

I apologize for the file corruption, gotta get my brother to figure out the problem with the excel file but he is very busy lately. Corrupted or not all the info is there though, and if its not working I'll gladly email them to you.

I do not understand you, I apologize... what invoice? You mean you can't download the file? If so tell me your order ID # and ill e-mail you the file.

Please if you gonna rate the thread with 1 star, (i don't mind), but leave some feedback so we can improve our service to you. It has been really great since our new system launched we have been able to please more customers with good submissions!

Another Reminder:

To the people who prefer to get all the confirmation e-mails, we offer that option. It is easier for us even so we don't have to click on confirm for the few sites that need it. We did not offer it before because we tought it was a pain for the buyer, however, since some people like it we now have that option available.
