Selling High Traffic Entertainment Site - $900/month revenue

I'm here to sell my television forum (which includes a subdirectory for embedded online movies and tv shows).

Why I am Selling:

Need quick start up funding for some other projects I'm involved in.

Forum:

The forum has been around since about May of 2007. It gets around 3,000 - 4,000 uniques / day (all from search engines and direct traffic from former members). It is extremely well indexed in google for many popular terms such as "TV Shows" "TV Forum" "Television Forum" etc. This has been very steady traffic for several months. We get anywhere between 40-80 members coming on the site every day and usually between 15-30 new member registrations every day. We currently have around 6,000 members.

The domain name is pr5 and hundreds of the internal pages have pr 3, 2, and 1. site:tubeyak.com returns about 11,000 hits and just tubeyak.com returns 14,000. Our threads are indexed very rapidly by google.

Revenue:

We sell 4 banner spots.

1. Top Right - We've sold this one to the same advertiser for about 5 months now for $40/month. I'm sure this one can fetch a great deal more at least $50-60/month.
2. Top Center - We've sold this one to the same advertiser for 2 months now for $150/month and before that it was making around $5/day adsense.
3. Right Column - We've sold this one to the same advertiser for $30/month but I'm sure this can sell for $40/month easy.
4. Bottom Center - (Below threads, PMs, posts) We've usually sold this one for $20/month but are currently using it to drive traffic to another one of our sites.
5. P R Links - Having such a high P R, many people have purchased P R links. We have usually charged about $8/month and found people willing to pay that very easily. We've limited the footer to 10 links so as to give each of them ample P R. ($80/month total). You can also sell longer term P R for about $60 / 6 months or $100 / year.

How much we're making monthly: $300/month based on what I just said. If you include the bottom center (which we currently aren't selling) and sell the top-center and right column for a better price, you can make $350/month. Also you can make more if you sell long term P R links.

That comes out to either $3,600 or $4,200 yearly (depending on if you use 300 or 350). This traffic has been very steady and I see a lot of potential for this forum in the future.

We have our own custom designed Logo and one of the better VBulletin templates out there. The VBulletin license comes with the forum (It still has about 2.5 months left to it)

Movies & Shows Site

We started this about 1 month ago. We have a strong partnership with a major online movie website which is where we get most of our traffic. Last week it was making about 30,000 - 40,000 uniques / day. Currently it's at 20,000 - 30,000 uniques / day. The great thing about the embedded links is that you can make a lot more money if you just put in a little work embedding the videos. You just need basic HTML knowledge or just how to use one of those free online html editors. If you don't know HTML or just need a little help, I will be glad to show you exactly what to do.

Revenue:

Currently we are selling it to an advertiser who is paying us $150/week which comes out to $600/month. Before that it was making about $12-$25/day from adsense & adbrite. The banner has high CTR (especially for things related to entertainment and girls).

Once again, the amount you make really depends on just how many movies you embed. The drop from 30-40k to 20-30k came about because I haven't had the time lately to put up new videos. This site requires a little maintenance put if you put up movies and shows all the time, there is no reason why your traffic can't reach 50k easy.

Remember you are not uploading videos (which is illegal), you are simply linking to videos uploaded elsewhere.

Based on our current advertiser, the monthly revenue is 600 which makes the yearly come out to $7,200. I cannot guarantee that he will be with us forever but finding an advertiser to pay $100 / week or more is not that difficult with so much traffic. Plus adsense and adbrite are always there. Ideally if you find a CPM banner higher than .50 (which is about where adsense is at) than you can make even more money.

Total Revenue: about $11,000 / year.

$300/month from tubeyak.com and $600/month from the embedded videos = $900/month x 12 = $10,800
Total yearly cost for hosting: about $100-150

We are looking for offers in the mid-high $XXXX.

We will set the BIN at: $10,000.
Even the BIN is less than 12 months revenue which for websites is usually the standard.

It's $900/month. $300/month from tubeyak.com and $600/month from the embedded videos.
