It was originally posted under the name "Nick" so that would be my guess.

Well, I guess this sale is going down the drain.... I wish we knew why he was banned from this forum. Maybe it's through another thread??

Posting under 2 different usernames is enough to do it.

I can't believe no one is interested in a site that makes $500/month in revenue and is going to make $6K in it's first 12 months.

Not to mention I haven't paid for advertising and it's all search engine traffic.

I guess it's because a niche site that people don't know much about??

Any reasons so I don't get too bummed out about it?

Affiliate sites sell all the time for 8 - 12X monthly net. That isn't to say you won't get more, but I don't see anything other than the 31X monthly net bin which could be keeping the site from selling.

    As you are asking..

Site looks fine..but I suspect that this PR3 pets medical site can make ME more than $500/month with 50 visitors per day and not so unique content.

Anyways, best of luck for the sale.

If you really want people to bid I think you should lower your starting bid to see how much people are actually wishing to pay for the site.

Yes conversion rate and revenue seems very good with low traffic you get.

I'm sure the lack of interest has little to do with the topic of the site.

Your BIN is quite optimistic given the net revenue. The CPA is excellent as well as your conversion rate - but I'm sure many fear that at BIN the site is overpriced.

Why not can this auction and start a new one with a lower opening bid and an undisclosed reserve price. I'd start it out between 2-3K.

    Good luck with your sale.

    Very good point all.

I am going to re-think the starting bid price and post a new thread in the next week or so hopefully.

Also, I'd like to gather a bunch of information on my top keywords too.

Do you think I should provide anymore information to help get more bids?

Nobody is going to spend 6k or more on a site that you haven't kept adequate stats on. Your server doesn't have logs?
